When and how do I get billed?
When the car is sold, SPEEN collects titles, verifies them and bills buyer via ACH, or put the purchase to buyer's NextGear floor plan.
Will I be charged for towing?
SPEEN arranges transportation with trusted transportation companies. Buyer should pay for transportation upon car arrival.
How long does it take to register on SPEEN?
SPEEN divides the buyers registration process into 2 Easy Steps:
- Only your email is needed to access the auction and view the latest car listings and subscribe to listing updates.
- A bit tedious, but easy as 1-2-3:
- Download docs from the docs panel in settings.
- Sign them and upload them from your account
- Account gets activated and start bidding

Is SPEEN buying my car from me?
No, SPEEN is not a reseller. SPEEN is not a party in the sale between you and a buyer. However, the buyer pays for your car through SPEEN’s payment system so that you receive a payment from SPEEN. SPEEN only charges the buyer for the auction fee.
